Mother Margaret Brown is a true woman of God.  She is the wife of Rev. Henry L. Brown, Jr., pastor of Brown’s Temple F.B.H. Church.  Mother Brown has been the first Lady of Brown’s Temple F.B.H. Church in Pompano Beach, Florida for over forty-nine (49) years. She was his first member and has been faithfully by his side throughout his pastoral career.

She has worked in all areas of the church.  She is the president of the mothers’ board and vice-president of the mission board.  She is a member of the deaconess board, women’s board, and other auxiliaries in the church. She is truly dedicated to her role as first lady.  Mother Brown had a few health issues, but one of her favorite scriptures is Psalms 118:17 "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord."
 
In her private time, Mother Brown is a retired worker where she loves to bake cakes and pies in her spare time. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for over fifty-eight (58) years. She is the proud mother of five (5) beautiful children (Tricilla, Dennis, Sharon, Darlene, and Henry).  She is the proud grandmother of ten (10) grandchildren, and eleven (11) great-grandchildren. She has many God Children whom she loves dearly. In her leisure time she enjoys spending quality time with her family.  She enjoys crossword puzzles and reading, but above all fulfilling the will of God is her main purpose.

Her motto is “In God I will stand, and with God on my side- I cannot fail”.  By God’s tender grace and mercy, Mother Margaret Brown will continue to worship God in faith and truth.
